This is an ideal opportunity for an accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, takes pride in delivering quality work, and wants to continue growing their career within public practice. Responsibilities Include: Preparing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS Managing accounting and taxation requirements for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals Assisting clients with day-to-day accounting and taxation enquiries Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies Preparing accounts from trial balance through to completion Managing client deadlines and workflow efficiently Building strong professional relationships with clients Supporting clients with practical accounting and taxation advice About You To be successful in this role, you will have: ✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in public practice accounting ✔ Experience preparing financial statements, tax returns and BAS ✔ Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and GST requirements ✔ Excellent communication and client relationship skills ✔ Strong organisational and time management abilities ✔ Experience with MYOB (Handi Tax and MYOB AE highly regarded) ✔ A proactive attitude and desire to continue developing professionally Why Join This Firm?
